1. Someone besides thyself may place thy website in contention for an award.

2. Thee may apply for an award from this page by sending an email telling us about thy page, thy name and age, the url of thy site and why thee thinks this award is deserved.

3. Thy Good Witch will award these honors upon thee after unannounced visitation to thy website and determining that it meets all of the standards which all of Excalibur and thus thy Good Witch's realm upholds.
